    St. Andrews Place is a quiet neighborhood in southeast Johnson County, Kansas, that includes 112 homes ranging in price of $320,000-550,000.  We are in the Olathe School District, the main schools being Bentwood Elementary, California Trail Jr. High, and Olathe East High School.  We are a minute from the Blue Valley Montessori Preschool, and are nearby the Ascension Catholic School. 

    We are fortunate to be situated near the many miles of our  wonderful, wooded, bike-hike trail along the Tomahawk Stream.  A short and easy bike ride to the west will take you to a lake and a small park; a ten -minute bike ride to the east will take you past the the quiet fairways and greens of the St. Andrews Golf Course.  Further along you'll pass the delightful Deanna Rose Farmstead, open April-October.   

    St. Andrews Place has an active homes association that manages our pools and landscaping, architectural approvals, voting and communicates regularly with the neighborhood throughout the year.
