Architectural Committee Members
Architectural Review FormDue to our neighborhood Declaration of Restrictions (downloadable below), the Architectural Committee and approval process is mandatory for all exterior changes on your home or property. The response turnaround time is usually 3 business days after receiving your completed form and necessary samples/pictures, etc. Please allow for time for possible requested changes from the committee before planning or hiring your crew(s). We recommend you download the editable PDF, complete the fields to add your information and then save the completed form using your last name and address for the file name. (Ex. Smith 13777 King.pdf). Attach the saved file and any supporting documentation and email it to architecture@saphoa.com. Please also use your name and address in the subject line of the email.
